This school year has been going well.  Students from grade six are now experiencing what it is like to be in Junior High.  We have longer class durations and more subjects to learn.  Students are learning harder topics in subjects and have more homework to do than last year.  Students have made new friends with the new students this year.  We get the privilege to eat in the cafeteria and outside of the school.  Things will be much more different this year and in future years than it has been in past years.

As we grow older we learn new things.  In grade seven we have 10 subjects and that is plenty more than in the past.  There are two buildings that we have to go to for our subjects.  It’s not like before where we stay in one room or two.  Now, our classes will be 45 minutes long and will be having 5 minutes between periods to get our things from our lockers and go to the class we need to be in.  Homework will be your priority when you get home so it can be finished for the following day.  Last year, students were not allowed to eat in the cafeteria or go out with their friends for lunch, but now we have the privilege to do those.  Hopefully everyone will like this year and the years after.
